A student visa may be a way to get into anothercountry; temporarily or even permanently. 4) You've met someone very interesting,who speaks a foreign tongue, and you want to learn their language. It's a great gesture and can be very romantic under the right circumstances. 5) You need to do business ina foreign country. It's a gift to know their language.
