accommodation in Montecatini Our coaching staff is a group of dedicated volunteers who have been attended meetings and clinics year round. These coaches, while part of the staff, agree to attend two coaching clinics a year, become and maintain certification under the National Youth Sports coaches Association (NYSCA), and attend 60% of our coaches meetings during the year.
These coaches give approximately 25 hours during the off-season and 200 hours during the season to coach. Some of these coaches are dads of players, and some just volunteer their time to youth sports, but all of them love the game of football and imparting what they have learned from it to the players. Saying this, we ask the parents to be fair with the coaches and allow them to coach without adverse comments during the games, or putting them down to your child. If there is a concern, we ask that you approach the head coach prior to, or after, practices to discuss the situation. Before, during, and after games is not a good time to discuss issues. These are times of preparation, concentration, and reflection for both the coaches and the players. Our coaches and parents are required to sign a coaches and/or parents code of ethics. We expect everyone to adhere to them. This makes for a better working relationship among our coaches, players, and parents.
The football coaching staff and commissioners are VOLUNTEERS who work hard throughout the year to put together this program for the children. The coaches work hard to make the season a success (win or lose), but they can't do it all. So, we can not stress this enough: no matter how much we do, this program works only as well as it's support system, and that means YOU!
