Parents
This week kicks off our winter fundraiser(packets are coming home with this newsletter). We are selling candles.They smell wonderful, are great for the holidays, and make great giftstoo.
Sellingperiod
November4th through November 17th.
Turnin date
Allorders with payment must be turned in by November 20th. Checks should be made payable to SenecaSports.
Delivery period is about 2 weeks after wesubmit the order to the company.
We are asking that everyone sell aminimum of 6 items. If youdrather not sell, you can opt out for $30.
This fundraiser is mandatory and helps tooffset some of the expenses of the program.
PRIZES,PRIZES, PRIZES
There will be a $100 prize for the top seller(selling at least 30 items or over) just in time for the holidays.
We will have a $150 prize for the team with thehighest percentage of participation.(plan a holiday gathering for your team).
Good luck, I know everyone will do a greatjob with this fundraiser.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
SSA Jackets (if you missed the first order) - Were offering two styles of jackets witheither the SSA Football logo, or the SSA Cheerleading/Dance logo. These are available for participants,parents, and coaches. These jackets areordered on a prepaid basis. A samplewill be available during sprit wear sales.If you would like to order a jacket, please complete the following formand return it along with your payment to Phyllis Jones or Lynn Ellis by NOVEMBER 15TH NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT DATE. Deliverytime for the jackets is approximately 3 weeks (just in time for Christmas) !! (ordering formattached.)
CHEEREXPO: Seneca Sports Cheerleading will be hosting a cheer expo onSunday, November 17th. Please mark this date on your calendar. Thisevent will be held at the Germantown Community Center next to Kingsview MSbeginning at noon. We will be having the SSA football cheerleaders, visitingcheerleading teams, and the SSA competition teams performing. We willhave raffles and door prizes and concessions available too. This will be agreat opportunity to have your local friends and relatives come out and see thegirls perform.
No practiceon Monday, November 18 for 8s, 10s.
PICTURES !!!!! Individual and team pictures will be taken,November 19th. Everyone (even if itsnot your practice night) will need to come at 6:30. Everyone will need to be in full uniform and full hair (you knowwhat I mean). Since we're notcompeting, if you allow it, your child may also wear light make up. Once your individual and team shot is taken,if it's not your practice night, you'll be free to leave. Payment is due the night the pictures aretaken. All checks will need to be madepayable to Classic Photo.

At the request of Seneca Sports Association,The Little Gym of Germantown is thrilled to announce the launch of a newtumbling class for competitive cheerleaders.Initial enrollment will be limited to Seneca Sports cheerleaders inhopes that we can fill the class with just your group and cater the curriculumspecifically to your needs.
Tumbing I, for Cheerleaders ages4-8: THURSDAY 7:30 - 8:30
Tumbing II, for Cheerleaders ages9-14: WEDNESDAY 7:30-8:30
Costs and Timing: TheLittle Gym requires a $40 annual membership fee plus $195 tuition for the theFall/Winter semester that runs from October 21, 2002 through February 1, 2003.Tuition is calcluated based on having 13 classes during the 15 week semester toaccount for holidays when classes will not be held: November 28 (Thurs), December 25/26 (Wed/Thurs), January 1 (Wed.)
Enrollment: To enroll,simply stop by or call The Little Gym to reserve your space in this class. 240-686-1640 or fax 240-686-1642. We will need at least 10 enrollments inorder to start a class...so please let us know ASAP if you are interested.
